Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The LeapFrog products are carefully designed, manufactured, tested and inspected.
LeapFrog the manufacturer undertake to repair or replace any part found
to be defective in material or workmanship within a 6 month period free
of charge. Call the free helpline 0 800 169 5435 for instructions.
Do not
return the goods to us without authorisation.
We strongly recommend that you keep the packaging , should you need to return
the product for repair, the packaging will ensure the product arrives in
a safe condition. |

Unless goods are faulty returns are made at your expense.
After you have received the goods, you have a 7 day "cooling
off " period, to change your mind, and return the goods at the purchasers
expense for a full refund.
All products and services are subject to availability and may
be withdrawn without notice.
Deliveries will normally be made within 7 working days. You will be advised,
of any delay on our part, or if the item is no longer available.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, postal cheque
or by telephone to 01254 588731. Payment will be debited to your account
on or before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable
care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details
of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on
our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third
party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing
or ordering from LeapFrog Shop.
If your product is lost or damaged in shipping please contact us by e-mail.
In the case of non-delivery please wait for 10 days from the date of your
order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damage please retain
the product and contact us by e-mail or phone 01254 588731 within 10 days
of receipt.
Order Cancellation. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to
cancel an order unless stock is unavailable.
Delivery. Delivery times are normally between 3-7 working days but obviously
subject to stock availability and we are in the hands of our carriers, usually Royal Mail. As Christmas approaches, delivery times
can take longer.
We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as
possible.
